Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive? All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 8–16 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Do you ship worldwide? Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on every order over £29.99
Will I get tracking information? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order the whole way.
Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us at novexfit@outlook.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet we'll do our best to make changes. Once dispatched we're unable to make amendments.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return? Email us at novexfit@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send anything back without contacting us first — we'll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund? Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges? We don't offer direct exchanges currently. Return your item and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order? We recommend sizing up if you're between sizes, particularly on hoodies and the Women's Set. Our tees have a relaxed fit. If you're unsure, drop us a message and we'll help you find the right fit.
Do your hoodies run true to size? The NovexFit Hoodie and NVX Hoodie have an oversized streetwear fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down.
Do the High-Waisted Shorts and Women's Sports Bra match? Yes — both are designed to coordinate as a set. They can also be worn separately.

What is the difference between the NovexFit Hoodie and the NVX Hoodie? Both are premium hoodies with a streetwear fit. The NovexFit Hoodie features the full brand logo while the NVX Hoodie carries the shorter NVX mark — both are built to the same quality standard.
Is the Acid Wash T-Shirt unisex? The Acid Wash T-Shirt has a relaxed unisex cut suitable for all body types. The Unisex T-Shirt is a cleaner, more minimal style.
What is the Women's Set? The Women's Set includes a sports bra and high-waisted shorts designed to be worn together as a matching gym and lifestyle set.
Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (buy now, pay later).
I have a discount code — where do I enter it? Enter your discount code at checkout in the discount code field before completing your order. Use NOVEX10 for 10% off your first order.
Can I use more than one discount code? Only one discount code can be applied per order.
